A design proposal of “horizontal building” in maximum height of 17-18 levels that shapes an urban mix-use axis from “Hashalom“ train station to the city center while keeping the high-density construction that characterizes the area. The hybrid building is divided into 30,000 sqm Retail area, 15,000 sqm public area, 60,000 sqm office space, and 60,000 sqm residential areas.
