Design of a new farmers’ market at the heart of Shibli village, transforming an existing sloped parking area along the main road into a circular civic and retail space. The project redefines the topography by leveling the central area and reshaping the sloped edge to create a continuous pedestrian approach to the surrounding buildings. Permanent retail spaces are integrated along one side of the circular layout, embedded within the slope, while the center accommodates flexible, temporary market stalls for market days and public activities. The design establishes a new village center and an active public open space that connects retail, circulation, and community life.
