The former Ha’aliya Market is to be transformed into a community country club by preserving the existing one-story structure with the addition of four new levels on the east side. The country includes three swimming pools, a gym, active roof, sport and dance studios, multipurpose halls, community co-working spaces, and preserved retail stores.
